Whistle Balloon Helicopter

The Neato! Balloon Helicopter kit includes 2 latex balloons and 1 plastic propeller inside a peggable blister packet. The latex balloon attaches to the propeller and then deflates with a whistling sound, causing the helicopter to fly.
