16in Highland Cow Pillow

Back in 1992, our store owner, Patrick, went to Scotland for spring break during his semester abroad. It was there that he saw his first Highland Cow. Or as the locals called them, "Hairy Cows".

This was before cell phones, the Internet, or even reasonably priced fax machines. (Wayne's World had just been released to theaters two weeks earlier.) There definitely were no digital cameras yet. So Patrick took a photo of a Highland Cow on a disposable camera and months later developed the film to prove to folks back home that such creatures do indeed exist.

And people lost their ever-loving mind.  

Fast-forward 33 years, and now Highland Cows are the hot plush animal. But Patrick again made an incredible discovery while traveling - he found a Highland Cow pillow with enough hair to transport him back to that day in Scotland so many years ago. 

It stands to reason, then, that Patrick immediately ordered a few to sell at our Learning Express Toys & Hairy Cows store. After all, it's the perfect pillow to rest (or bang) your head.
